Chris was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Walked me thru the whole house and explained all of the issues which added possibly another hour to the inspection. Inspection report was completed the next day.
Actually the inspection report was so thorough I had to ask him for a revision that listed only the major points which he had no problem doing. Pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use again.

Thank you Chris!

Chris was amazing! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a thorough home inspection! I was pleased with his services. He was organized, punctual, thorough! He helped refer us to other people (for example plumbing and soil engineer). His pricing is more than reasonable! Thank you Chris!

Easy 5-star review right here. First off, Chris is communicative, professional and very experienced. He can walk your clients through any property with confidence and extensive knowledge. Second, having personally seen many inspection reports, ALLDUNE has the best reports hands down. They are easy to read, easy to follow, organized into categories. When you hire him, you'll see!

Thank you Chris for your excellent service. I highly recommend Alldune for your next home inspection. Chris is super friendly, informative and very helpful. His thorough inspection will help you make your buying experience a better one. Gives you a piece of mind before committing to life long investment. I chose to go with the infrared moisture detection. Which helped home buying negotiations easier. Chris was able to detect water damage at the foundation, roof Eaves and attic. In short the seller repaired all the work with no doubt about what was inspected. Thank you again.

Mr. Christopher Hammad, was a great source, fantastic !!

I'm a no-non-sense person, when it comes to taking care of things professionally; it was very important to me that license and certifications for a given area be obtain to feel that at least I can say to myself this person gets their knowledge for a reliable source. The next two area I must have in doing business on a large project is ease when communicating, consistent in keeping your word and showing up on time.

I purchased a house and needed a home inspection. The company, I used prior came out and was actually flirting with my realtor instead of taking care of the business agreed on between us. They even made me feel treated as a 3rd party after the inspection.

Chris showed up on time and worked with me, he did a thorough job, and all of the documentation he provided was professional and easy to understand.

The information he gave made me comfortable to say yes in my decision to purchase this great house my family and I live in.

Not only have I mentioned him to my friends already, but as I began to purchase rental property I will not use any other company except Alldune.

Thanks Christopher Hammad !!

Chris did an inspection for a commercial property for me. He put us on schedule on a short notice, and showed up on time. He spent enough time to check things and made sure had everything we asked for in the report. He had the report ready the third day in the morning and added stuff after we had a conference call with my realtor twice. He made sure what we asked for was in the report. His price is market price, definitely affordable.

I will use him again no question. Gladly write an excellent review to recommend him to others!

Chris went above and beyond service.

I am an out of town realtor with a client that made an offer on a home in Santa Ana. We had a tight escrow and Chris penciled us in and got the job done.

This was a 70 year old plus home and he took longer than usual to assure both himself and us that no stone was unturned and we that we knew the current condition of the home inside and out.

He is a gem of a find. I only wish I could have him in my home market of Palm Springs. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
