My detailed report provides photographs and recommendations for any necessary repairs or further evaluations. I also make myself available for any follow up discussions and questions onsite and after the inspection.

The cost of a home inspection can vary based on the size and location of the property. On average, it ranges from $450 to $750. I provide competitive pricing and exceptional value, ensuring you get the best inspection for your investment. I go above and beyond to give you the full picture and options for path to remedy.

What should I do before the home inspection?

Before the inspection, ensure all areas of the home are accessible, including the attic, basement, and garage. Gather any necessary documents such as repair receipts or maintenance records. I recommends that you prepare a list of any specific concerns you may have.

What if the inspection report reveals problems?

If issues are identified, you can discuss repair options with the seller or renegotiate the purchase price. My detailed reports help you understand the severity of any issues, and I offer recommendations for addressing them. My responsibility is to help discover defects, and areas of improvement allowing our clients to have a more relaxed and better-informed decision-making process.

How soon will I receive the inspection report?

You will receive the digital report via email within 24 hours after the inspection. I ensure delivering prompt and comprehensive reports to help you move forward quickly with your transaction. This is best achieved when a client is onsite for the inspection so we can discuss any recommendations. I also make myself available via video conference for out-of-town clients giving them a first-hand consultation experience.

Do new homes need inspections?

Yes, new homes should also be inspected to ensure they meet all building codes and standards. I inspect new constructions for any defects or incomplete work, providing peace of mind before you move in.

Can I perform a home inspection myself?

While you can look for obvious issues, a professional home inspector, certified pest inspector and IICRC licensed person have the unique and combined training and experience to identify hidden problems. I follow a rigorous process to ensure no detail is overlooked. The ultimate advantage is having a builder as well who is licensed and could provide estimates and information of how to repair or mitigate issues and recommendations.

What if my home inspection finds nothing wrong?
